Refunds will only be allowed BEFORE your order is processed (within the first 24 hours)! Send us an email at email@example.com and we can adjust things before the item is sent into production (name misspellings, wrong photo uploaded, etc). After your item has been sent to our production team, however, we cannot adjust details. If you realize you have made a mistake while ordering, don't hesitate to email us! The sooner we know, the more likely it is that we can help you.
Because these are one-of-a-kind products, we do not offer refunds after the custom item has been created by our production team. All sales are final after the first 24 hours.
